Brought my car in for service... Gary advised that I needed two additional services which I had the techs perform.. unfortunately my car was scraped by another car but the dealership will take care of. Gary was very helpful to arrange a loaner car for me next Monday when I drop my car off to get the body shop work done. Everyone involved was very nice and apologetic for the mishap...
I look forward to working with Gary again.

I'm really disappointed in the fact that your dealership gave me an appointment to fix the recall on my accord, and you didn't even have the part reserved for my appointment. This is not in anyway a reflection on my fabulous service tech Samuel. He was awesome and very informative and apologetic. But seriously, why give me an appointment and not set the part aside for me???? This is poor planning on Honda and upper management at your dealership for inconveniencing patrons. Before you send a recall letter out, make sure you have all the parts ready!
