He did not inform me to sign tge sheathed list. I did not know that there was a sign in list for Seattle. At Longo Toyota, you just yell them that you need a ride home and they take care for you.
Also there was no courtesy car wash like other car dealers do(TOYOTA). No explanation of what needst to be done or the result after completing recall priblem.
Mr. FRAUSTO was not there around 12:30 to release my car. It was a lady. And she didn't not explain anything when I pick up my car. She just said do you have any question? Question for what?

One of the service item I asked is to change oil and oil filter because the oil level indicator shows 20. After the service, I drive the car back home, the oil level is still 20! Does it mean they take my money and forgot to do the work?
