For some inexplicable reason, when I dropped off my vehicle and left my key fob in the console they were locked inside my car. How can that happen? I was waiting to be picked up and I noticed a group of attendants by my car. I went over and one of them was about to try to pry open my car door. Thank goodness I had my other fob with me. If I had not noticed what was being attempted I am sure my car door would have been damaged. They should have called to have the owner bring their other fob rather than break into a car. Training needed.

Customer service was awesome and faster that i had anticipated. One observation though, my car had the dash removed to replace the evaporator and when i got the car back a few wires beneath the dash were hanging dowby the left footrest. Javier did everything right. A young lady at the check in station ( I think her name was linda or lisa or stacy. She was very friendly and helped me get my car out quickly. Very nice young lady.
