As the third hour hit of me waiting for my car, I saw my car parked in the front. I was not notified of my car being ready as I waited in the lounge and when I asked one of the service guy’s how long had my car been parked, he stated he didn’t know.

I did like how I picked up my car and the gentleman ask me did I authorize them to repair my tire I said no he didn't call me they didn't charge me but I still think someone should have called me the money would not have been a problem but I should be aware of any problems when it is something other then what I came for

Joshua Martinez was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about my needed A/C service. Joshua went above and beyond my expectations. He called my extended warranty and also mentioned that if it was covered, I only had to pay the deductible. Also, I was offered a rental car to not cause any inconvenience with my day.
