I went three times to accomplish a warranty issue. Had to walk back home each time I left my car and walk back to get it. Knowing this I wish the day I took it for oil change you guys would have made sure you had the parts so when I brought it two days later and you guys had it all day you wouldn’t need to call me and bring it back. Very inconvenient and poor planning on your end
