I waited over an hour for an oil change but that was not the issue. The issue was that after realizing it was taking way too long, (because I saw my car raised up and 35 minutes later, saw a different car raised in the garage) I went looking for my car and it was parked against the wall in reverse. I asked an associate where Sandra was and if my car was ready. He said she went home and that my car had been ready for a while. It was very disappointing having to be sitting in the lobby for who knows what amount of time. The associate with 2 other associates had to look for my keys and paperwork. I left very upset Sandra just got up and left and I was left sitting, waiting for some sort of communication and acknowledgement.

Well I feel mad every time I go to change the car oil. Some mistake happened to the car I spooked to the manager last time he lough when I made a complaint. I stop my moods. But today so nothing happened. I took the key ???? out and put it in a pink hanger. I open the inside glove compartment and I took my driven car cámaras ???? and lack the glove compartment. At last left the key hanging on the passenger sit. I took the person who help me! I told him and shows where I left the key ????. I left I comeback I did see the key on the hanger I saw the glove compartment I saw the key with out the black beeper (alarms control) I was looking fine for minutes and I found the black part on the passenger floor. The glove department was unlocked. I got mad but I can talk. For 3 years I been having problems with poeple and who do I he job are very low class. My family coming from Toyota dealer. Never had problems. You should go Toyota in Downey if something wrong they listen they apologize to any mistake. But Honda doesn’t have a good president professional as worker or person. I know the person who help me is the first person who see this note ???? I never do this is my first and last I don’t care ???????? you guys education if loose clients I don’t care. Is last time I make feedback to Honda in Cerritos but I copy and paste on Pinterest, Yelp, Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter. So people know Honda in Cerritos are bad. But people just want quite and is why nothing of this matters changed. Like is not management around. And yes ask the last manager I spook he is worse than any person I have made in my life.
