I arrived at lunch time and of course he was at lunch, another helper came to me, found my paper work took care of business so that I could take my car and be on my merry way. Kevin and his Team provided excellent and professional service, As I approach my 80 th birthday, I am forgetting things. I forgot that my appointment was Friday,
August 27 th and showed up today Friday August 20th. I even had the time incorrect. I was astounded because I retired from Loyola Marymount University at age 70 and my brain usually functions very well. Kevin sensed my frustration and immediately rescued me and fit me in to his busier than usual Friday schedule. Then he went above and beyond getting me an Uber both ways because I explained that we had a neighborhood funeral yesterday and I was having trouble arranging rides today. Usually I am the one providing rides for everyone but today was an exception. My car was ready early enough for me to load and deliver the folding tables for tonight’s Post Funeral Dinner Celebration…Another benefit of owning a Honda CRV!
