Excellent service!

I brought my son’s vehicle in today because his tire pressure light came on. I arrived to the Honda in Irvine right before closing. I met with service advisor Mitchell Akers and explained to him that my son needed his car ready for college on Monday and I needed him to get all the tires checked. He advised me they were just about closing and the technician was leaving soon. He knew there was no other time I could get it checked so he made arrangements with the manager and ran to the mechanic to have him wait so he can attend to me. Right from the get go he was very friendly and attentive and very professional! Please commend him for providing me with outstanding service today! I am a regular customer I get both of my Honda Accords serviced there. Thank you! Chevelle E

I dropped my car off at 8:00 a.m. and my service advisor said he would give me an update by 12:00. Not having heard anything I called at 12:30 and left a message. At 2:30 I started to get nervous not having heard back called again spoke to someone there that said they would talk to my service advisor and get back to me. 3:30 rolls around and now I'm panicking because I need my car and still no answer from my service advisor. I call get forwarded to him nothing again. I call again ask to speak to a different service advisor, there are no notes yet on my car. He tells me he'll have my service advisor call me as soon as he's off the phone. 4:00 rolls around now I need my car and I don't know what's going on and I'm upset. I call for the fifth time, and tell them I'm not waiting for a call back they need to go ask him now. Finally I get my service advisor on the line and he's still waiting to hear back from the technician. He calls me back and tells me my 5-year-old civic car needs $4,000 in work to get my air conditioning system working. I honestly thought it was a joke. I will never take my car to a dealership again, and I will never buy a Honda again. Shame on you for such a poor design on AC system that after 5 years it requires a complete overhaul. To say I was dissatisfied with the experience as an understatement. The service was terrible and the reliability of the car with it. Completely unacceptable.

Service Advisor Bryan Ortiz is the reason I keep returning to Norm Reeves for all required service for my Honda CRV. I didn’t have an appointment today, I called the service department and he provided me an appointment. He greeted me when I arrived, I explained my concerns for my automobile and he assured me all issues would be taken care of, he thoroughly explained what the mechanics would do. Bryan Ortiz has outstanding customer service skills, he is friendly and professional. I was very satisfied with my Norm Reeves experience. I highly recommend Norm Reeves with enthusiasm and will return!
