Rafael is an asset to your team. He was wonderful and attentive in handling the issues that came up with my car.(it was a long and bumpy process) Rafael was sure to communicate with me as things progressed. Bring back amenities such a Shuttle service, car wash and make prices for services more affordable, to lower income individuals, struggling in the current state of the pandemic. Have Honda service managers more available to the general public for questions. It hasn’t been easy to reach service advisors over the phone either.
