The individual is vi was helping me was trying to bamboozle me and tried to coerce me into paying $1700 of service charges for things I absolutely did not need. All in all, my bill was originally going to come out to $475 of which he said I would only get a $20 discount. However, the website explicitly states that for that amount, I should be receiving $35 off. He then tried to charge me over $200 for a simple oil and filter change, and when I called him out on it, he said, he “accidentally” did that. He overall tried to trick me into charges I did NOT need and did not feel sympathetic about it all, nor did he try to help. He said, “the more you spend the better.”

My car was left Monday for recall notice on software and transmission inspection, as well as oil change. I received a call from Ramiro on that day with recommendations. I texted back what I wanted done that day. I called the next day because I hadn’t heard and left a voicemail. I called the following day several times on Wednesday and just kept getting sent to voicemail by operators. At close to 5pm I pleaded for status on the car at least and a woman finally got me information the car appears done and was just sitting there, but Ramiro was off for the day. Is there no one to take over while he’s off? She said I should be getting a call the next day. No one ever called me. I called in on Thursday again asking for status since my car has been sitting there. Ramiro called me back FRIDAY morning claiming he never got any of my texts or voicemails, and the car was ready. This is exactly why we moved to buying Toyota cars 20 years ago - poor customer service across the board at any dealership. I just inherited this car from my parents. Never again will we buy a Honda or visit Norm Reeves or any of the dealerships they own. We are on a waiting list to purchase a Ford Lightning F150 and was considering purchasing through Norm Reeves which is very close to us, but if this the level of customer service they have, we’ll stick with Cal Worthington.
