I have had the pleasure of doing business with Honda and Abenz on more than one occasion. I find EVERYONE in the service center to be pleasant and definitely a team! When Arbenz is busy or out there are no shortages of others who will stand in on his behalf. I find that very reassuring that I am going to get service and fair treatment whether my guy is there or not.

I don’t understand why Honda or one of your service techs can’t resolve the issue of the driver’s side view mirror vibrating. It has been an issue for most Ridgelines and Pilots. It is very disappointing and not like Honda to ignore. I am ne’er 50 years of owning Honda’s and never had an issues unresolved.

1. My aircon air freshner was not put back after the work was done on the change of evaporator.
2.. This is about last month when i got my car because the parts is not yet available. Anthonny called me that my car is done at 3pm. I told him i will be there by 5pm. When i got the key at the service dept about past 5 pm and went to my car, my car engine is running? I wonder how long its been running before i get there.
