Gary was awesome, efficient and friendly! :) He made the entire experience very pleasant. He told me what time to come and I did. As soon as I did, my car was pretty much ready to go so I didn’t have to wait long which was nice. ???? Overall, super experience!! I was told the service would take 4 hours, it took 8 hours just to diagnose.
I was told my AC problem should either be covered by my extended warranty or by the lawsuit Honda lost for putting in faulty a/c parts. Now I'm being told they need an additional 8 hours, it's not free it's thousands of dollars to install a $65 part you can find online & the courtesy car isn't available. There were no calls with updates. Very disappointed in honda & los Cerritos Honda
