Out off all my trips to NRH West Covina, this was my only bad one. I got there at 6:40 am, was the 1st car for the non appointment line. A few more cars showed up. The employee (Jasmine) passed up my vehicle and proceeded onto the other car. Jasmine then had that car pull in the lane ahead of me. Once I addressed this issue she said that she will switch the numbers on the car so mine get taken care of 1st. After waiting over an hour and a half a service rep finally got to me. The car that was put ahead of mine finished 1st as I waited another hour after that car leaving before mine was finished. Other than being lied too, the rest of my visit was great.

Car was to be ready Saturday evening before closing but I received a call saying they needed the car until Monday afternoon. I spent over $5200 on the car and was very disappointed that my new tires and my rims had grease finger marks all over them. The mechanic could have wiped them down.
