Ricardo was a very friendly and courteous service person. But he should have called me to let me know that my car was ready for pick up. I checked in at 7:20 am for just regular maintenance service. Left a message for him and also at the service desk to get the status of my car at 12:30 and 1:00 pm approx and no call back. He suggested two big work for the car. One was to change all the 4 tires??? The tires were not old at all. And the other was to change the control arm - total $1,800??? I declined. I just showed up and my car was ready for pick up.

Yes Iv gone to other Ford dealers and yes service was good. But I just moved and came to this location when I got there everything was smooth and even took away the hassle to getting back home with a lift device. Micheal chacon helped me all the way was straight forward thoroughly answered all my questions and concerns. I will definitely be taking my explore back when I need service.

I made an appointment for 10:40am for an oil change and I asked if they fix the squeaky door handle. I was told it would take an hour and half. They did not start service on my car until after 2 and 20 minutes and were unable to fix the door handle.

After being told my service would take 2-3 hours to complete, I asked 2.5 hours into it how much longer it would be and was told the car had not even been diagnosed yet. It would be 2-3 hours longer. This is unacceptable when I had made an appointment in advance. Management heard the entire conversation and never stepped in to try and rectify the issue. Terrible service, will not be back.
