Got pressure monitors checked at other dealer nothing was wrong with them. This was going to be an over $900 repair if I had taken your recommendations.

I received an email about trading in my Jetta for a new vehicle. I spoke to several people about while my wife had it in for service to have it appraised. I came in the day before our appointment and drove an atlas. Very impressed with the car. Told my wife they would be appraising our car and to look at the new color and options for a new atlas. Never received an appraisal. I emailed I believe Tiffany about that and never heard back. So I’ll be taking my car to another dealership for the appraisal. I’d rather have bought local. The salesperson I spoke to was the day before was very friendly.

This location is the worst and I wish I didn’t live near this Honda I always seem to have to come here and I am always dissatisfied. Trinity spoke with me very little so I can’t review her. The old guy with the cane in the front is very rude and if I wasn’t having car trouble I would of just left. My car has a new issue that it didn’t have before I dropped it off so I will be taking it back.
