Omar was great,but the poor attempt to wash my car failed. My glass was clean prior to service, used my wipers to clear windshield. Don't provide that service unless a greater effort comes forward,water streaks & no wipe ????.

Had an appt at 1040 for an oil change and still waited 3.5 hours for my car. Would have been longer if I didn't seek out another service advisor to finish up my vehicle. Apparently my original service advisor went to lunch and I guess it's OK forbthe customer to wait another hour after already being there long enough. Also, service advisor that returned my cat qas quick didn't go over the colored lines with me. Tech qho worked on my car did not reset my maintenance notification and also no sticker qas placed on windshield for next schedules service. Then a couple days later i find my rim was scratched. 100% sure at tour service bays it has blue stains on it most likely from. Your service bays. Just an iverall horrible experience

I was put in line for priority check because I had an initial problem that was not fixed from the previous service. Raul made sure to not keep me waiting as I shouldn’t have been there in the first place.
