The service was supposed to take 2 hour but it took 4 because there weren't enough laptops. I can plan for 2 hrs but 4 hrs is too long.

I could not call for an appointment, but he got me in at 7:30 AM, and out at 3:00 PM. Had the rotors turned, infotainment fixed, replaced the trans fluid, replaced the air filters, balance all the tires. It was quite a few jobs, but got them done! Thank you Joseph!!????????????
