The service representative was great. The end result of the service (headlight bulbs replacement) was not. The light pattern cast by the new bulbs ate nowhere near as effective as the bulbs they replaced and there is no similarity between the left and right bulbs. One light pattern curves upward and the other downwards. Worse performance and a sloppy install was not what I was hoping for after a 2hr wait and $250 cost.

Had an appointment to rekey key. Took 1.5hrs to have this task completed. Agent also tried to charge me programming fee, again. I told her it’s already been paid in full. Please see account. Said that’s not how it works, once leave lot, can’t reprogram another key.
