Rafael Gonzales-Moran made our experience easy and wonderful. Rafael was very polite and professional throughout our service. When he called to let us know our vehicle was ready. He explained everything they did, bc we had certain things we did not want the dealer to do. Example - when they rotated the tires, not to put air in them. That's bc we run nitrogen in our tires. We also have put our air filter that was still good. Rafael made sure our requests were followed which was wonderful. Thanks to Rafael for making our experience a good one.

I can have my oil changed at a local place and it cost me about $80, and the wash my car and do a cursory cleaning inside. I paid $135 for you to change my oil and no cleaning at all. Overpriced.

One of the issues I brought my car in for was the windshield wipers not working properly. It appears to be fixed but by the time I got home I get a message to check the windshield wiper fluid. I have yet to check it or return to the dealer. Also, I didn't get a car wash. Jason offered one after the fact but I didn't have time to stay.

Nobody took the time to explain to me what had been done to my car which I brought in because of a recall. And I was very impatient when I was there and Javier was on the phone— I would’ve appreciated it if he had asked the person on the phone to hold a moment and at least acknowledge that I was standing there.
On the other hand as I said I was very impatient and just wanted to get my key and go so unfortunately we got off on a very bad foot. I’ll take responsibility because it was at least part my fault for being rude while he was helping another customer. And on the other hand because I’m older and old school like I said I felt like he could’ve at least acknowledged that somebody was standing right in front of him.
