Picked up my car and there was dried up black residue on my steering wheel and transmission. Had do go back inside to ask for something to wipe is down with, once I wiped them the entire wipe was BLACK with residue. will find another service center to go to from now on.

Service was good, however Jason over quote the price for2 new tires that services said was needed. John Bayber notice the over quote and made the correction. I was o er quote by 200+ dollars. I was not happy about that. I feel that the service tech must work for commission to over price a service.

Trevor was good he is the only one that help me after waiting about 1 1/2 hours to been help. it was the porters that where not helpful at all. They never told me where to go or even told anyone that my car was there for service. Trevor had to go and ask everyone if they had a tow in and no one had a clue about it. So the porters never told anyone about my car.

Manny and the mechanic that helped me out were very friendly and honest. They provided excellent service and made me feel like I could trust them to take care of my car. I am very satisfied with the job that the mechanic did. He showed me the old parts that he replaced and recommended some work that I should get done in the near future as well. He did not make me feel worried like I needed to get the work done that same day or else the car would break down - like most mechanics do. He told me exactly when I should get the work done. I will definitely be coming back to this location and asking that mechanic to work on my vehicle. I believe his name was Irvin. Sadly. you don’t find many car mechanics like him anymore.

Matthew was fine, and when I finally was able to reach Kevin last week after three days, he was also helpful. But prior to that, the experience trying to talk to someone on the phone was horrible. No one returned my call, until repeatedly calling, and it was not possible to get anyone who could speak about my car and what it needed other than Kevin, the service manager.
