When I got into my 2024CRV ELX I noticed the alarm was not installed even though the paperwork was checked that it was. I found my salesman (Armando) and he verified that it was not installed. He sent my car back through the garage to have the alarm installed. It was very disturbing.

Norm Reeves Honda should have a better management of servicing their client as far as scheduling. A simple oil change should not take three hours at any dealership when customers are waiting, that is just unacceptable especially if you have a two hour estimate on the service. An appointment with the estimated time of completion should be kept within a plus or minus fifteen minute of the schedule set.
