My only disappointment is not having my car washed upon return like I’m
Used to from my Lincoln dealership, otherwise things were fine. I might suggest small tables with plugs so people can work while their vehicle is being serviced. I found that to be very helpful at my Toyota and Lincoln dealerships. You have very nice people working at Norm Reeves. That’s very important for repeat business & referrals
