I asked if my plates could be put on my vehicle and the rep said no problem, just throw them on the front seat. They were not added. I also requested a quote for bumper damage and that was not done. The rep wasnon chalant and left me to go do it myself as if it was no big deal. Whoever is answering the phone in the collision department is extremely rude a dismissive. I spoke to someone in financing who apologized and was assured a manager would call me about my experience and I've heard nothing. Nothing about the sales experience was true. I was upsold swat on my vehicle and some sort of apolstery protection and everyone said it was free but ended up charging me. I was lied too and manipulated during the whole lease process and now I'm experiencing rudeness. Everyone seems nice but are not honest. Your team seems desperate and fake.

I had ny car serviced in Late Jun with 4000 miles, how on earth could not the mechanic not noticed that?.
My extend Honda care warranty expired in Sept and now they telling me this. Either your mechanic is totally incompetent or they did not disclose on purpose so it warranty expire and can charge for it.
