Was Disgusted by the lack of service and professionalism by Miguel Cabrera. He was ready to just pull my car out of the service area due to his lack of customer service and professionalism. If it wasn't for Michael Vazquez who stepped in and saved the day I don't think I would ever return to Norm Reeves Cerritos ever again. I have bought all my Honda Accords from NR Cerritos since 1988. Never have I have such poor and disgusting service like I did today from Miguel Cabrera. If I ever see him anywhere near the service area or sales floor again I will take my business elsewhere!. I thank Michael Vazquez for stepping in and making things right. True professional and definitely understand why he is in the position he is in. Why you have Miguel Cabrera working for you is a mystery! He lacks every possible skill need to serve customers!
