A warranty claim on my Toyota Tundra headlight was closed as “outside influence” with documentation stating that a “full inspection” had been performed. That inspection never occurred. The truck was not taken back, no physical examination was done, and no testing or teardown took place. Despite this, the claim was closed and that determination was distributed district-wide, which later impacted my ability to receive a fair, independent evaluation at another Toyota dealership. That dealership immediately flagged the issue because the documentation did not match what actually happened. This is not a disagreement over opinion—it’s a problem with inaccurate service records being entered and relied upon. Once something like this is attached to a VIN, it follows the customer and limits future warranty consideration. I expect better accuracy and professionalism from a Toyota dealership. At minimum, service documentation should reflect work that was actually performed. This experience has seriously damaged my trust in Norm Reeves.

I was very discouraging regarding leaving my vehicle due to I was a half a day waiting on my vehicle when it was ready within two hours and no one never called me and if I wouldn’t have went at 5 o’clock to pick up my vehicle, I’ll probably would’ve never received a call and when I spoke with the manager, she acted very nonchalant and stated that she would make a note for the next time I make an appointment for me to be moved to the top. The money I spent for the maintenance agreement I should be express anyway. This is not my first time I have been disappointed with your team. I am currently looking for somewhere else to service my vehicle.

Actually i’m satisfied with the way my service experience was done. But with Joseph Vargas not totally satisfied with the way he talked to me in person & on the phone. It seems like he’s going through something. He is a bit rude to talk to or is that really how he talks to people. I don’t want to eleborate here. This is the second time he’s done this to me. But i didn’t complain the first time. I hope he’s not like this with other customers.

I have gone multiple times for my paint now. They never replace all of the paint that’s defective. They only replace parts and take forever doing so. Their attitudes were horrible when I stated how a part of my paint was chipping the same as the whole rest of the car was they tried to make me feel dumb and say it was some how wear and tear when I’ve gotten about 70 percent of my car redone due to paint chipping. While my car was with them it chipped even more. Exactlyy where I told him it would. Which then prolonged getting my car by another week. He then proceeded to only speak to my uncle as if it wasn’t my car. Extremely horrible service. As well as another part on my trunk that I told him about and he had written down to fix. Was not fixed. But I can’t not have my car for another month and a half so I guess I’ll deal with it. 0/10 experience.

5 star customer service by Enrique! It was my first time here . He was patient kind and explained everything in detail with my car . And I appreciate the free shuttle to mall . He then called for pick-up with the evaluation of my car and the next steps to car care . His efforts and great communication/feedback on my car was appreciated!
