I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with my recent service experience on 02/07/2026. I scheduled an appointment to address two safety recalls, specifically requesting a loaner vehicle since the car was to be held all day. I was denied a loaner, despite this being a manufacturer warranty issue.
Upon arrival, I was informed that a necessary part for one of the recalls was not in stock and would need to be ordered. This is unacceptable for a pre-scheduled recall appointment. I dedicated an entire Saturday to resolving these issues—an inconvenience caused by a manufacturer defect, not my own doing. To be told I must return and "waste" another day due to the dealership's lack of preparation is a failure in service.
At this time, I have no intention of returning to this location. Hyundai was afforded the opportunity to rectify these safety issues and failed to do so properly. I expect better coordination and respect for my time.
This was also the second failure by the service department to provide satisfactory service. The initial delivery of the vehicle when I purchased it was poor (delivered dirty) and I had to take it back to have this rectified. Again, an entire day wasted.

I took my car because I had problems with starting. I wanted a diagnostic cause I was told it was the starter.you guys did other things that had nothing to do with the starter. I understands the battery was replace but the car is doing the same thing it won’t start at the first try. Wat kind of service you guys have. I had a very positive experience with the service advisor Mr Wilson during my recent oil change visit.

The primary reason for bringing the car in was to check why the battery wouldn’t hold a charge. Jonathan identified some other items and there must have been a misunderstanding because I wanted the diagnostic before authorizing repair. Repairs were done (including the extraneous ones) which I wasn’t happy about. Jonathan was able to provide a slight discount. So I spent a bunch of money and the problem was still there. Apparently there was a parasitic draw from a door handle and the wrong one was replaced. Brought car back and you guys fixed it. It was a hassle to bring it in twice, pay a lot more than expected, but at least everything is working. Jonathan is a good representative for you guys.

I came in for 95k service. Keep in mind the owners manual along with the maintenance schedule in the glove box. $350 for a bunch of serviced I don’t even need? Second why did I bother making an appointment if I’m going to sit there for an hour before anyone coming out to see me and then sitting for an additional 2.5 hours waiting? It is unacceptable. Money itself isn’t the issue, upselling a bunch of services that I don’t need and don’t require is a rip off. Upselling me synthetic oil when the owners manual clearly states conventional oil and which I can prove is thievery. Wasting half my day on something that should take no more than an hour is infuriating since I was trapped with several cars behind me who's owner had left.
