Ramez and my assigned technician were very helpful. Answered all my questions and provided me with a complimentary engine detailing to show the difference of the area with the cars previous leaking valves. I went to get my car key replaced. Fine an hour and a half. Adrian was nice and respectful. 2pm promise time came and I saw my car was ready. It wasn’t until 2:45ish no text no call. My car was done around the promise time. However no call no text. Turned out he went to lunch (no fault of his) and yet I waited almost another hour until I spoke up. It was cool the manager waved the labor cost but still. Y’all do a great job overall I just consider this a hiccup. Not a big deal the manager was cool. Adrain was cool too. I just don’t like wasting my time. Can always make more money but we all can’t make more time. I do appreciate all of your hard work!
