I had a fantastic experience with the service department at Norma Reves Volkswagen. The service manager was incredibly friendly and made the entire process smooth and stress-free. John is so nice and friendly for service about my car issue questions.
However, John can give me any option , such as coupon or any discount to apply next service.
Since the cost total $334.83 is kind of expensive to do only maintain oil and front low and fog light bulb.
Mostly, when maintenance oii change include brake inspection, but Honda service charge me $49.95. It’s so expensive to do but I have to pay.
According to Catherine had a conversation with me last time , I thought that I will get good deal when I came back Honda norm second time because I was so disappointed for customer service for the first time .
