Communication during my recent (first ever) service visit was unacceptable. My car was slated for a midday pickup, but I spent the entire afternoon chasing an update via calls and texts with no response from the service team. After reaching a different department at 3:30 PM, I finally learned the car had been ready for hours. I had to rearrange multiple meetings due to this silence. Extremely disappointing experience.

Ruben was very pleasant. He estimated my car to be ready within 1-1/2 hours, it was… Ruben should have taken a few minutes to go over the inspection report with me. I asked if everything was good, he said yes… When I got home, I looked at the report and there are a few minor things that should have been addressed to see if I wanted to take care of them at that time, it wasn’t. I would have agreed to change the filters, now I have to make another appointment! Time wasted…!!
WHOEVER the inspector was… he needs to speak slower and clear… he rushed through the inspection. I am not impressed…
When I arrived… there were 2 lanes, no directing cars coming in... I was greeted within 7 minutes. I sat in my car for about 15 before a service manager approached me… But I noticed people pulling up after me in the inside lane was being taken care of before me… this was several cars. I asked the attendant if I need to move to the other lane and he said, no you’re good right here… I asked why are all of these other cars being taken in before me… I received No reply… a lot of attendants standing around, no control, it was mass chaos.
I am FURIOUS, VERY disappointed in your “Class A” service. This was my first service and may be my last at Cerritos…
Then to top it off… the mechanic didn’t reset the service maintenance on my car once the service was complete… … I didn’t bother to check it before I left… Your “A” class tech should have known to do that… one more thing to piss me off about your service team… I tried calling Ruben, I sent him a text for a faster response… regarding resetting the maintenance… I never received a reply. I “think” I figured it out for myself… as I said, I think I did… Do I have the time to come by just to have someone check it… No, I don’t!!
Why are there service managers inside, are they different from the service managers outside?
Like I said, total chaos, no sense of direction…
You seriously need to do some restructuring of your service department and get rid of the dead weight! Perhaps less congestion at the entrance would be a good place to start… If I were asked to score my experience at Norm Reeves Service… it would be a 2.

They said eta for the service to be done was at 11 they called at 10:30 asking questions after i answered their questions they said saying it would be about another 20 mins and that they would call when it’s ready so I headed back over to dealership to get my car waited and waited in lobby never got the call or text saying that it was ready didn’t think much of it at 1st 11:30 came by got tired of waiting called to get an update they said my advisor was with another customer and would give me a call when he could another 30 mins went by still no call so I go find someone at service desk they flagged down my advisor and he immediately called valet to bring my car around don’t know if it was lack of communication with me or if my car got delayed but by time I got my car it was almost 12:30 about 2 HRs after they had said about 20 mins

Julie Canales very unprofessional I submitted some work that was recommended to be done on my car for today's service never responded I called the service department Heather was very nice to go look for Julie but she was not at her desk so I told Heather that I wanted to get some work done that was recommended on my car Heather said I'll message her right now make sure she returns your call asap .Never called me that was about 830a.m 3 hours went by around 11 I showed up to pick up my car I went to her desk she just ask me last name, sign her I ask were the filters changed she said No I said no so my car was just parked here for 3hours having no work done I submitted the filters to be changed I called you Heather message you and never returned my call very ,very disappointed
