I need to set up a transmission service, replace the two air cleaner filters.. how much time do you need.. ?

Steering column makes a noise it didnt have before the recall service, my service advisor tells me its my tires at first since we are parked, I confirm that the noise happens while in motion, go back and tell him and show him a video where you can hear the sound, he takes the car in and says they will look into it.
Hours pass then I get a text saying my car is ready I get a ride there snd turns out it wasn’t ready that was a text meant for the original recall service. I had to get a ride back home.
Hourse pass no update,I try calling his extension directly like 4 times no answer. I called the service department they couldn’t get a hold of him but they say my car is ready,I get there and he says they didn’t do nothing to it because the all of the SI’s of that generation make that noise, even though mine wasn’t doing it before.
Then when I see the service report it says they never heard a noise. So contradicting, if it was normal put that on the report.
Starting to lose faith on the service department there. They once even left me stranded after an oil change because they forgot to tight the oil drain bolt.
Just really need to do better overall to be honest.

-I requested a car wash but was not done.
-Recall for fuel pump replacement. But there were lots of gasoline drops inside the car on drivers seat. Smells like gasoline when I opened the door and I can see a few drops on the gear shifts buttons.
