Luis was exceptional from the moment I walked in the door. He addressed me and my concerns with sincerity and kindness. He went above and beyond his duties (I believe) and made sure I was taken care of very well. He was very communicative and respectful anytime we spoke, and made sure to keep me updated every step of the way. Honestly, my experience with the situation with my car was unacceptable but Luis handled the situation so well that it completely turned things around for me. If I didn’t have someone like Luis helping me, I can’t imagine how I would be feeling right now. Others should take note on how to properly handle delicate situations in customer service as he did! Made appointment for my free oil change that was due me from my purchase back in April 2024. I also scheduled to have the recall inspected to see if I needed the new part.
When I arrived and told the Honda rep was I was there he asked me was my oil maintenance at 15%. I told him 20 percent and he curtly said well then we can’t do it. I asked why wasn’t I notified of that when I made my appointment he just muttered well they should have asked you. Then he said he would check to see if it could be done but he didn’t check. So frustrating that now I have to come back and have the oil changed later. It was an oil change that was supposed to be free why couldn’t I have it done as it was my choice when to get my oil changed. Frustrated customer
