On this visit Jimmy **** very efficient in checking us in and going over our service records to schedule what was needed. He also made a timely call back with an update. Unfortunately our Passat had a damaged radiator and would require a replacement. We decided to leave the car overnight and they were able to install a replacement the next day. This is the second time I bring my car to the service center giving them another chance to not leave anything broken and the same thing happens. Apart from wasting my time, how do I know that they do the correct service and do not leave anything loose or broken that you cannot see with the naked eye if something so basic is not done correctly? As a customer, one thinks that the dealer is the best option, but I think not based on my experiences.
