Mr. Rudolph Wilson was fast, efficient, friendly, and you definitely need to give him a raise. Also, Angel out in the front waiting area kept me full informed, even though I was there for just a little over an hour, and I even spoke with a manager on duty to tell them how efficient and friendly and how I have used Fords my entire life since I bought a Ford Pinto in 1976 with my own money when I was 16, then a Ford Mustang convertible 1986 and drove it until the day it died. I now have a 2017 Ford escape which I love but it’s getting old not very many miles on it.

Nathaniel was great. Once I was at his desk, he was quick to get me in and out quickly. The quality of the work and friendliness of the staff was great. But there were a few small things not related to his service.
He offered me to wash the car while it was in service and I said yet. But then the car was not washed when I picked it up. I saw that other cars were washed and dripping water when picked up, so I don’t know why mine was missed.
The seat was moved up very far, so it was hard for me to get in the car.
When they dropped off the car back to me, it was shifted into reverse with the parking brake on. This seems unsafe.

When I drove away I heard a small noise that didn’t sound familiar so I turned around and came back. Manny, as a passenger, agreed. Manny told me that my new pads had to be worn in and the service person would do it. I waited another half hour then the service person said a bracket was bent and was scraping . He bent it correctly and said there was no damage done. I am nervous that the scraping did damage my rotors because the reason I came in was to get brake pads replaced and rotors resurfaced.
