It is only normal to feel let down when my brand new 2025 Honda Civic Sport at a mere 3K miles keeps having the same problems + issues due to Mfg Quality Control BUT I must say Norm Reeves Services team of Service Director Catherine Schlueter, Yvette Rodriguez and service tech John had gone above and beyond in trying to diagnose, fix and resolve the lingering problematic issues of this vehicle and that can be very reassuring to a customer standpoint. I’m due to return in about 10 days to have a new part installed and let’s hope the problems would be gone afterward? An A+ rating to Norm Reeves services team assigned to my car for being hard at work to try to fix + resolve the mechanical problems.

DENISE Greeted me when I first arrived with the Prius, which had been recalled because of possible gas line issues. She explained the proces, and I really appreciated how she checked on me in the waiting lounge. Excellent Customer Service by Denice as well as Jonathon, who prepares the cars waiting to enter the garage.

The service team always provides an excellent service. We prefer to work with Anthony Sanchez, when he is available, as he provides excellent service, listens to our queries and will respond in a timely manner. All service appointment be it oil change or full service, Anthony would explain what was being done before and after the appointment and explain the results. We know our interests are being taken care here.
