Yesterday Aaron told me that my car service will take about 2 to 2:45 hours and I ended up waiting for over 4 hours and then after my was ready Aaron was no where to be found someone else had to help me with the paperwork so I can leave. I didn’t appreciate having to wait for so long. I never had this issue before and hope it doesn’t happen again

Good morning, I have experienced a second time the terrible service, to start off Jorge never said a hello, good morning or introduced himself, had no eye contact and no manners when even returning the vehicle.the second issue Oil smeared on the bumper, top of hood, door handle The second issue is the key fob was returned to me damaged as if they step on it or dropped it on concrete, my key fob was returned with deep scratch at the top, then the trunk button on the fob is broken, (loose), as soon as Jorge returned it to me I question where is the key and very rude response it's in the car!!. I noticed this did not look like my key fob! My experience with Honda the first time the bumper front and back was deeply scratched as if they reared ended a vehicle and the front as if they hit another car. Unfortunately my experience with Honda Reeves has put in a spot of no return I purchased a 55K vehicle and paid most of it off! I never expected to be treated so unprofessional from this dealership, I am so disappointed that I hope you can understand my side how would you feel? I hope Honda will replace my Fob. I highly appreciate your understanding. Please contact me to resolve this issue

Ramiro handled the situation in a highly professional manner. Although technical issues with the vehicle’s computer system arose following the windshield replacement, he promptly arranged for my vehicle to be brought back into the shop and provided me with a loaner vehicle while the issue was being addressed.

I drove to Honda dealership from LA to HB for repairs on a leaking power steering system. I trusted my advisor to provide quality repair work. However after replacing the parts no test was performed to check for any leaks in the system. I drove back 30 miles to my home and discovered that a leak had developed on the driver side of the engine. The oil reservoir was completely empty by the time I got home. Discussed the problem with my service advisor and thought of bringing the vehicle back to the dealership to fix the problem. However I decided not to risk driving with a leaking system. I am really unhappy with the work after spending $3400.. based on trust. Hope to get a refund from the dealership. Very very unhappy customer.
