When i went to pick up my car, someone had misplaced my keys. It took a while for them to locate them, but John didn't waste anytime tracking them down. I told him they were sentimental to me because my deceased dog's name tag were on them, and John was able to locate them. He remained calm and professional during the ordeal, despite me showing frustration. Excellent customer service.

Service took longer than expected, even when the vehicle was “dropped off.” Went in to check in “supplemental restraint system problem,” when nothing was found. However, I did get an oil change as well. I was told about if I had wanted to get the brakes done as well. I stated no has I was not having issues with my brakes. Now, after a week later the “brake system” alarm turned on out of the blue. Very strange and frustrating as I have not had an issues after that service appointment.
