Our customer service representative Ariel Celis, was absolutely professional and courteous from the moment we met her. She was fully attentive to our concerns. This gave us the confidence that we were in good hands. She explained that we had to wait for the parts to come in, and that she would call us the next day. She did that in a timely manner. We received a phone call the following day, and sooner than we expected Everything was ready when we arrived, and our issues were resolved. Her service to us definitely makes us want to return.

Bought a certified Toyota used car on Oct 30, 2024. Paperwork said new cabin filter was installed at that time . I can’t understand how in 5 months without running the AC or heater over the winter a cabin filter would get so dirty to need replacement that quickly. 5,000 miles, 5 months, no using the fan.
