Benito was excellent as always! He is very respectful and courteous; he makes recommendations and advises but still allows me to make the final decision regarding the maintenance for my vehicle. He is very knowledgable about my vehicle and tailors the appointment for my specific needs. I live quite far from this Honda location, but I always make the 2 hour drive to come to this service center for all of my vehicle maintenance because I trust Benito and he always gives outstanding service!

I’ve been coming to this dealership for years and chose to purchase, lease, and service those vehicles at Norm Reeves Honda Irvine. I’ve said it every time but it warrants repeating - I keep returning for service with my Hondas because of Service Advisor Brandon Son, and I’m betting others do as well. There is another dealership closer to my home but I make the longer drive knowing Brandon is professional, responsive to my email inquiries about service, and honest.

The service was great in that it was completed. Rigo was nice and informative in what was wrong with the car. Although I do wish I had my car sooner. I dropped off my car early for my allotted 12:00pm appointment, got a call at 4pm saying my car needs breaks, and then my car was ready at 5:15pm. It seems that even with an appointment, my time is not respected, and that the repair would have taken an hour. If it were given it’s allotted time, then I’d have my car sooner, rather than before closing time.
