Before I used to go to this location to do the service of my car for oil change and tire rotation it will take an hour or an hour and a half to have it ready now I’m really disappointed it’s been 2 times that I take my car in here an the waiting time is 3 or 4 hours to have the oil change and to rotate the tires I am really disappointed with this

I appreciate the service, except I was told when I dropped the car off that the weight sensor recall on my CRV would be replaced because the recall parts were finally in. When I went to pick up my car 5 hours later, I was told that the recall parts weren’t in, so the recall work wasn’t able to get done. The communication on this aspect of the visit was poor.
