The techs had all day to figure out what was causing a knocking sound on my brand new vehicle and needed my car for another day. I can't go a day without my car let alone two days. This is why I do my best to avoid this dealership. This isn't my first bad taste with the entire location.

I’ve wanted to wait a few days for some drive time, so as to have time to experience the drive. I did feel a small amount of sputtering on acceleration, when I first received my vehicle. As I do not drive daily, I’ve had little chance to compare, however today the drive was smoother on acceleration. I am cautiously hopeful.

Jessica was informative and helpful through the steps of the job. The shop Forman did great work with attention to detail. My service advisor was really nice and kept me up to date during the process as well. A lot could have gone wrong with unforeseen damages but wasn’t the case due to all three of them working as a team. ????

Customer Service was great dont get me wrong BUT YOUR LABOR RATE IS EXPENSIVE!!! I hope though that everyone is getting paid well and it doesnt all go to the VPs or CEOs. Because shame on YOU! If does. I work in the aviation industry and it is ridiculous that it cost more to fix your car than your airplane! Next time I will do my own work and just take vacation time to do it!
