Even balance and alignment witch, days after I started to notice the my car was kind of pulling towards the right going on a straight direction, so I called back to the dealer.i was told that the guy who help me ( Michael ) was send a message and a soon he gets message he will call me . Well 2 days after he hasn’t called me back
All I want to know is since I serviced my vehicle there ( I wanted to know if the alignment work had guaranteed) cause obviously I was not happy with the work they did .
I guess I just leave it like that.
So next time I have to service the alignment I go somewhere alse.

After receiving a quotation for repair from my service representative i called him three times to discuss the quotation —and left messages— but did not receive a call back. The following day i called to speak to the service manager and left a detailed message on his voicemail but still did not receive a call back from neither gentleman. On the third day i drove to Norm Reeves to pick up my car as i was fed up and extremely frustrated from this service but Gary was able to assist me and answer my questions so i decided to go ahead with the repair at Norm Reeves.
