I had an appointment at 10:40am. I went there there even 10mins earlier. Javier said it takes about 2.5hrs. I honored ot. After almost 3hrs, I followed it up. Then they tell me that my car has not been started yet. They said there was a mixed up on the queue tickets. I mean how could they messed up like that? I had to cancel important appointments for the day because my 5hours was wasted waiting for the reason of negligence.

Rafael was a complete professional from the very beginning. After I explained to him the problems I was having with the car. He and I worked together on a plan to find and Fix the problem with the vehicle. Rafael’s main concern was to determine the problem with the car, and then decide how to repair it and make sure I was comfortable with that process. Rafael kept me informed at every step and was quick to respond whenever I would reach out with questions. When I asked Rafael for a resource for help with the repair cost, he gave me a number to the customer Relationship Center at Ford. This resulted in significantly reducing My out of pocket costs for repairs! Rafael is a big reason I will continue to come to Norm Reeves for my auto service needs. His attitude and helpfulness is the hallmark of Customer Service!

First time at this location for car maintenance. I purchased my car in Cerritos back in 2018 and never went back there for maintenance. I needed oil change and ac fixed and HB is closer to my house. Edward was my service Advisor, very helpful and explained things clearly. My car needed additional repairs like a safety recall and transmission repair. I'm glad he helped me.
Excellent customer service from all the staff members. I will definitely recommend him and this place.
