He was great! Love the Tucson and expect continued reliability!! Only downside - as a leased vehicle we can’t add a catalytic converter cage for theft protection! Probably not a high risk target, but we had a crew make its way down our street last week so it’s on our minds!!

Nice staff, clean and vibrant facilities, quick in and out service with mobile apps.
One thing should be done thought is a repetitive signature on the mobile and at 2nd sign out again.
It would be at best once signature and payment are already done on the mobile apps, customers just exit, get the key from advisor and leave. More steps and time saved.
Usually at certain reputable dealers, we also get a quick car clean up or wash.

My service advisor was top notch, my concern is with the first contact people. No name tags, no uniforms, pretty much not what I would expect from your dealership. I wasn’t sure if I was getting car jacked or if he was a porter. Then I observed another porter with a sandwich in his hand and entering a customers car. None of these porters acted like if the cared about the impression they where leaving with first contact customers.
