My wife took our car to get serviced. Check in went great I even got a message from one of your employees about possibly trading in my car. But the service stopped there. My wife and baby were at the dealership for hours and they were never checked in on. After hours of waiting she went up to the counter and asked how everything was going. Turns out the car was already finished. I got no updates about the job being completed until after she got home. For the hours she spent at your location somebody could’ve easily checked on her. Especially with a baby.
