John is an absolutely fantastic worker. He needs to be commended and promoted right now. He was so helpful and patient while working with me through a tough problem I was facing with my car. He explained everything thoroughly and ensured I was taken care of. I was at the dealership for three hours and he kept checking on me and updating me as much as possible, even offering me beverages and snacks. He gave me his card and told me he would be in contact to ensure a bigger problem I have with my insurance is going to be handled. John is by far the best employee I have had help me in my many visits to the Vista Norm Reeved location. I have been coming there for years. Promote John as soon as possible. He deserves it.
