Wish the Service team was a little more attentive to the customers. Showed up early to my appointment but waited over 20 mins after my appointment before anyone assisted me. Also waited for a while after the car was completed and had received the text that the car was completed. Other than that I was satisfied with my visit.

My gas mileage had decreased over the past year by ~4mpg. Q ask the technicians to look into it , but I think they blew him off. My Tacoma had been maintained every 5,000 mil s my Mor Reeves. Seems to me, they could have dug a little deeper than the check engine light didn’t come on.
