Very happy! We've had slightly less than stellar service with Lancaster Honda, somewhat better with Trust Honda in Palmdale. But if I really need something done, we drive the 100 miles to Cerritos. (Same thing with medical- we drive to Tibor Rubin VA Medical Center). Thanks for taking good care of our nice car!

I was the last vehicle completed for the day (which is fine since the job was extensive), but when I got my keys the connector for the driver seat wasn’t connected. So, I let them know and they brought it back to the shop. It came back out 5 minutes later. When I got back inside I noticed smudges all over the inside of the windshield. Again, it was taken back to get fixed. The detailer brought my car out, still lots of streaks but I gave up and said thanks. He was already over it. These are signs that are frustrating - if you find one surface level problem, what other issues are there? This has nothing to do with Jesse, he’s really great, but rather with the service overall. I came here from the Carlsbad location because of price, but this warranty service visit was pretty lackluster.

Car was estimated to be ready at 1:30 pm and it wasn’t ready until 3:40pm. I understand that it’s an estimate, but for the estimate to be so far off threw off the rest of my day.

After experiencing the service at Vista and Irvine, I can confidently say that I prefer the service at Vista. I appreciate that the appearance of the floor is kept up and almost every employee will make eye contact and smile. Overall, Vista is a welcoming vibe and Sal Lua is top-notch. He has helped me in the past and he is just truly exceptional. I am so very thankful for his friendliness, honesty, and warmth. He took the time to listen to my concerns and the history of services with complete patience. He made a big loss feel like a big win, which is refreshing after a long time of hardship this year. He always makes it look easy to go above and beyond, but I think that showcases his genuine care and integrity. He puts a lot on himself to make other people feel joy, and I think that's a special and unique quality. Anywho, go Sal! Vote for Sal! Thank you so much for the great service! :)
P.S. Norm Reeves should consider a bonus paid day off and massage/spa day or cruise for the next staff giveaway! It looks like everyone works hard and I'm sure they could use a little pampering.

To district manager, My time spent with Leo was professional, honest, understanding,. After all that , I went to pick up my vehicle today. Not knowing Leo was off , his partner next to him had a patron and said that anyone not with anyone behind me can help you. , I grabbed my back pack 40 oz flask and my purse walked to the back . Walked up too one of your service agents and said what do you need, im picking up my car, something in regard Miguel in the front can get your order, I don’t know how he worded it, I said ohhh, turned around walked back to the front and Miguel not knowing his name then said they didn’t help you. I just looked at him wow , Miguel service was calm and did I a simple check out with the order, t was easy to find with my keys. What a breeze. That unethical behavior from a Honda service provider should not be accepted, Especally my first time having my vehicle repaired. AND IN FROMT OF OTHER CUSTOMERS . Voicing
