My experience with the service center at Norm Reeves Honda and with Alex, my service advisor, was five-star caliber. Alex greeted me with a smile, was friendly and “genuine”, fully explained the service that was to be done, answered my questions, and at no time did I feel rushed. The service was done in a reasonable time and courtesy transportation to and from was provided, which was a very appreciated perk. My experience went as smoothly as I would have hoped.

When I left my car, I put my gum packet in my center console. When I left i reached for my gum and it was gone. I am upset about the team going through my stuff.
Over time the care at Honda has tremendously gone down. This is the third car here. In a past incident, they forgot to put my transmission oil cap back on. There have been many instances where I have not been satisfied with Honda overall. Definitely the last car I buy at Honda.
