I hate to criticize Rich because he’s a nice guy. I would suggest that when someone’s vehicle is in for service and it takes days longer than expected, a call or text with an update every second or third day would be a great thing. Not having any information leaves people wondering if anything at all is happening. After almost two weeks with only a couple of calls I didn’t know if it even could be fixed. A couple of extra calls would have been great.

My vehicle was delivered to me brand new and now one tested the function of the trailer lighting. I hooked up my trailer on a holiday to find no lights. I spent 3 hours checking grounds on trailer, I purchased new trailer lights. A day later we traveled on vacation with NO boat and trailer. After the recent visit to have wiring installed correctly I am advised there is NO Fix. If I want to pull my boat with my New be Tiguan I cannot and now must rent a car. VW should be ashamed.! I have been 30 years loyal. Why would thus b acceptable to any car owner. Installed by dealer and not functioning with no date when it will. I should not have to pay for and car that can not do what it was purchased to do. Failure n every level.

Took five weeks to get my car back. Kept getting told it would be done this date only to get a call saying it wasn’t ready. Top shade that covers the sun roof is now falling down, was not like that when I took the car in for service.
