I was informed that my 2015 Toyota sienna needs a new radiator and hoses. I did not get any pictures of the cracked radiator. I was not informed if the radiator is only cracked or if it’s leaking. I want to know if my radiator is actively leaking coolant becauseI never saw any leak when I parked. I’ve also checked the coolant level and it is not low at all. The van is also not overheating. I like to bring back the van to get a picture of their diagnose of the crack radiator without being charged for a diagnostic check.

I wished that when I, I thought I was buying not leasing a car, since it wasn’t discussed or mentioned by the Sales Man (VP) during the transaction and I was mis-lead by the Sales Man (VP) and made me believed all the incentives offered to me during the transaction but it was not really an incentives but make believed that I am getting a deal of a lifetime, even with my 2024 LE Camry that was paid for and trade it in. To make the story short, I talked to the Dealer Manager and the Finance Mgnr., all he had to say, that the Sales Man (VP) made a mistake even he provided me a document stated how much to pay off the Car after 3 Mos. of payment. He said this is the only way, that I will get those Incentives presented to me. But it’s a false and misleading statement/information.

My appointment was at 8am. I waited to get checked in for my appointment until 8:55am before someone helped me… meanwhile cars who got there after me were being helped and leaving. I asked someone and said that cars were being helped who got here after me and the guy said it didn’t matter because we have different service advisors assigned to us. When I was finally helped the service advisor said he was stuck on a phone call with a warranty company for 45min. If that is the case, then someone else should be able to help customers waiting. This is the second time this has happened to me. Last appointment I waited about 45min before being checked in. I was late to work because of this. There has got to be a better system for checking cars in, when I was just trying to drop my car off and would pick it up later that day when it was ready. It feels inconsiderate of customers time and I do not see the point of having an appointment if I am waiting nearly an hour just to check my car in, not even for the service to be complete.
